EUROPEAN TOUR EXCLUSIVE! Original artwork by DW! Each piece is unique and hand-made. Pieces with the individual nude figure contain a download code for the EP, "Black Pig Suite". Pieces with the nude couple embrace contain a download code for the EP, "Glassellalia". A total of 40 pieces have been created (5" x 5", tracing paper, ink and watercolor on wood), each one priced at €11 (in the UK, £11). To be sold exclusively at shows on The Beards and Tongues Tour, 21 May through 1 June!

DW will be joining famed troubadours SEF and NATHANIEL ROBIN MANN on a European tour, entitled THE BEARDS AND TONGUES! This will be a folk/avant-garde experience unlike any other. Click on the snazzy poster (designed by the artist Puño) to access the official tour page!

Preparations are underway for the release of DW's new album, Rattle Rattle! In the meantime, DW has recorded one of 4 living room versions of songs by one of his biggest inspirations, Sinead O'Connor! Here is the first, a spirited doomsday-esque version of Fire on Babylon! Enjoy!

In Rattle Rattle news, the mixing process is almost complete! The album release date is forthcoming! And a new song will be emerging from it, along with a video directed by filmmaker Max Carlson. Stay tuned...

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Hotel Cafe show last night! What an epic, sweaty night!Next up, DW performs live on 88.9 KXLU's Livation, tomorrow night (Wed. 2/15) @ midnight! DW will be accompanied by Leah on vocal and accordion, princessFrank on drums and Sebastian on upright bass. Tune in here.
And...this Friday is the debut of WIFE's multi-media performance, "Abaddon"! DW will be performing in the piece, in addition to contributing new music to it! This is a limited-run performance in L.A.! Tickets and more information available here.

DW's new single, "Glassellalia", is out now! The first single off of DW's forthcoming album, Rattle Rattle, "Glassellalia" is a duet with Angela Correa (Correatown, Les Shelleys), and features the 45-member choir, The Difficult Women, guitarist Michael Corwin (Correatown, Red Maids), bassist Sebastian Steinberg (Soul Coughing, Jon Brion), trumpetist Andrew Duncan (Cat Hair Ensemble) and violinist Paul Cartwright. The download-only EP also contains 3 "b-sides" and a special PDF file containing fully-illustrated lyrics by DW!

THURSDAY, JANUARY 12: Join Dorian Wood and special guests for an evening of performance and conversation on KPCC's Crawford Family Forum! DW will perform new songs from his forthcoming album, "Rattle Rattle", in front of a live studio audience. The night will be hosted by DJ Steve Martin. (KPFK My Side of The City, KPCC)
We will also be celebrating the release of DW's new single, "Glassellalia", a duet with singer Angela Correa (Correatown, Les Shelleys). All audience members will receive a FREE download of the "Glassellalia" EP, featuring 3 new songs not available on the album!
